"Cancellation policy for inservice given by the Appalachian Writing Project at UVA's College at Wise: Our Teacher Consultants may be traveling two or more hours to provide inservice at your school in addition to several hours' preparation time and purchased supplies; therefore, we require at least 48 hours notice of cancellation. If we do not receive notice of cancellation within 48 hours we will invoice for travel (if the TC has already made the trip), supplies, and preparation time. Please call the number provided should you need to cancel or have questions. Thank you for understanding."
